How do you verify the age of the customer?
In compliance with legal regulations, all customers must be 21 years of age or older. We use a secure age verification system at checkout and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier upon delivery.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
We use specialized protective packaging to minimize breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, we prioritize the integrity of our wines and spirits. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer thermal packaging or hold shipments at our warehouse until weather conditions are safe for transport.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like the taste?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If the product is corked or physically flawed, please contact us so we can facilitate a quality claim with the producer.

How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend letting your wine rest for at least 48 hours after delivery to recover from 'bottle shock.' Store bottles in a cool, dark place, ideally between 45-65°F, and keep corked bottles on their side.
