Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect bottle.

  Wait for Approval

  Our wine experts will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is approved.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original protective wine shipping container to prevent further breakage and attach the provided return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive and inspect the bottle at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
